Curry Cup



Way to use leftover baked squash....

1 half baked fiesta or acorn squash filled with
Stir fry of:
1/2 cup frozen broccoli
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
1/2 cup chicken breast strips
diced onion, garlic to taste
1 Tbs curry powder or garam masala
salt

Drizzle with a little olive oil
