Experimental cooking can be a source of deep joy--or agony--depending on how it turns out. The perfect meal shared with a good companion puts me in a deliciously good mood. But unhealthy, un-tasty, untimely meals put me in a frump. This is my quest for good foods and good moods.

Very veggie pasta
I keep making this for Joe and I.
1 box salad spirals
1 pkg frozen spinach
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 onion
5 mushrooms
1 zuchinni
And whatever other vegetables on hand.
Saute all veg with a little garlic salt. Boil spirals and drain. Toss with olive oil, vinegar, a little sugar, parmesan cheese.
Serve warm or cold. Yum!
