Tortilla soup at the Chappelears


Emily and Ryan had us over for lunch last Sunday... where we dined on Emily's 5-ingredient chicken tortilla soup and quesadillas. She used chicken broth with garlic, canned tomatoes with mexican seasoning, frozen pepper and onion mix, rice and chopped chicken.

Quesadillas with pepper jack and cheddar. Mmmmm.
