Saturday morning Joe, Matt, Tasha and I walked over to Beau's apartment for a country ham breakfast. Beau, you might remember, is the one who treated us to venison sausage for breakfast in a previous post. Country ham is anything but health food, but our nutrition conscious host squeezed as much of the fat out of it as he could. It was very tasty with biscuits and eggs.
Incidentally, Beau is also a rap artist who came up with the extremely catchy rhyme "Turn off the Tube, Get up and Move."
