Experimental cooking can be a source of deep joy--or agony--depending on how it turns out. The perfect meal shared with a good companion puts me in a deliciously good mood. But unhealthy, un-tasty, untimely meals put me in a frump. This is my quest for good foods and good moods.
Despite the fact that we have to drive to Tennessee to eat there... and that they put cream cheese in some of their sushi, China King Buffet in Clarksville is an OK place. I like to load up on the seafood and their kim chi cucumbers.
Mmmmm...I had sashimi for lunch yesterday. I love how it's so cheap here. Is it expensive in TN? Yesterday I had a big set meal that included a generous portion of sashimi, miso soup, rice, pickled veggies, egg tart something, red bean soup and tea for a whopping $6. Hard to beat that, huh?
Yeah, what's up with the cream cheese? I guess they use mayo here...which I don't usually like, either.
