Experimental cooking can be a source of deep joy--or agony--depending on how it turns out. The perfect meal shared with a good companion puts me in a deliciously good mood. But unhealthy, un-tasty, untimely meals put me in a frump. This is my quest for good foods and good moods.

Herbal imitation
This cilantro appears to feel like I do lately. (Their flimsy stems slump toward the sun, which was hidden behind the mini blinds and clouds most of the week)
This week really had me sapped. And in the John 15 sort of way, that's not a good thing. I've launched another food blog--this one's for the paper I work at... But don't worry, The Moody Foodie is still my priority.
