Experimental cooking can be a source of deep joy--or agony--depending on how it turns out. The perfect meal shared with a good companion puts me in a deliciously good mood. But unhealthy, un-tasty, untimely meals put me in a frump. This is my quest for good foods and good moods.

Winter treats
Looking at this spread, you might find it difficult to believe that one of Joe's and my new year's resolutions is to lose some weight.
Sorry for not offering more information sooner, Rach! Mostly pizzles, an Italian cookie that Joe is especially fond of... also some almond cigars (see the Moroccan post in November). And a hearty dose of chocolate, including m&m-like sunflower seeds.
But you make such great treats!!!
