Experimental cooking can be a source of deep joy--or agony--depending on how it turns out. The perfect meal shared with a good companion puts me in a deliciously good mood. But unhealthy, un-tasty, untimely meals put me in a frump. This is my quest for good foods and good moods.

My mint
I repotted my mint today. Getting ready to make some fresh mint tea. Don't worry mom, I didn't cut it all off!
Nice-looking mint Emily. We are growing some rosemary here on our little balcony area. Some of the rosemary has ended up on our kitchen table, usually with chicken or fish. Your food commentary is enjoyable to read -- keep up the good work! :-) ~ Gareth

Pretty mint. I have a mini mint forest in my garden now. I should probably hack at it a bit. It is important to show the mint who the boss is.
